This online workshop will bring a maximum of 12 participants together to build their resilience in the face of diet culture and body dissatisfaction.
Over three 75 minute sessions you will:
Identify how diet culture promotes a myth that all bodies are inadequate and in need of change
Reflect on how you have been groomed by the culture to internalize this myth
Explore tools to re-frame and re-story your relationship to movement, eating, and body appreciation
Strategize about how to interrupt diet culture thinking
Build your capacity to recognize diet culture’s presence in everyday moments
Strengthen your relationships with allies on the journey to body liberation
