A three-part workshop for folks who want to get free

This online workshop will bring a maximum of 12 participants together to build their resilience in the face of diet culture and body dissatisfaction.

Over three 75 minute sessions you will:

  • Identify how diet culture promotes a myth that all bodies are inadequate and in need of change

  • Reflect on how you have been groomed by the culture to internalize this myth

  • Explore tools to re-frame and re-story your relationship to movement, eating, and body appreciation

  • Strategize about how to interrupt diet culture thinking

  • Build your capacity to recognize diet culture’s presence in everyday moments

  • Strengthen your relationships with allies on the journey to body liberation
